7 Days of Giving competition prize draw terms and conditions:

1. The promoter is: GivenGain whose registered office is at 6301 NW 5th Way, 3rd Floor, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33309, USA.

2. The competition is open to all fundraisers, except employees of GivenGain.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter can be found here: GivenGain will award 50 fundraisers who have raised at least $1,000 on platform within the 7-day period. To be eligible, fundraisers must raise at least $1,000 during the 7-day period. Winners will be selected at random. All donations must be made to the fundraiser’s GivenGain fundraising page for the 130th Boston Marathon between the dates and times specified below for a chance to win. All donations must be made on the GivenGain platform, and added offline donations will not count towards the incentive.

6. Starting date for entry is December 15, 2025, 12:00am EST. Closing date for entry will be December 21, 2025, 11:59:59pm EST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: To enter the competition and prize draw, receive at least $1,000 USD in total donations to your GivenGain fundraising page for the 130th Boston Marathon during the 7-day period from December 15, 2025 through December 21, 2025. All donations must be made on the GivenGain platform, and added offline donations will not count towards the incentive. All fundraisers who meet these requirements stand the chance to win.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. The prize is as follows: GivenGain will donate $1,000 to the GivenGain fundraising page for the 130th Boston Marathon of 50 randomly selected fundraisers who have raised at least  $1,000 USD in total, on-platform donations to their GivenGain fundraising page for the 130th Boston Marathon during the 7-day period from December 15, 2025 through December 21, 2025. The prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. Winners will be chosen at random and will be chosen based on actual fundraising totals accrued during the 7-day period from December 15, 2025 through December 21, 2025. All donations received will be verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

13. The promoter will notify the winners when the prize will be delivered.

14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

16. The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

17. The winners’ names will be available within 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: boston@givengain.com.

18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
