Charity Prize Draw 2023
1. The promoter is: The GivenGain UK Foundation, 81 St Jude's Road, Englefield Green, Egham, Surrey, TW20 0DF, United Kingdom
2. The Route of entry is: https://www.givengain.com/project/charity_prize_draw_2023 website which allows individuals to enter the prize-draw hosted on this site. All funds raised (minus service & card transaction fees) through this Prize Draw will be used to support featured non-profit(s) Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and Personal Best Foundation.
3. The competition is open to members of the Running Industry Alliance.
4. To enter the prize draw there are two (2) methods of entry:
i. Paid method of entry. To enter by this method visit https://www.givengain.com/project/charity_prize_draw_2023 and select the ‘Give’ button. There are three (3) values the entrant must enter, giving the entrant a set number of entries:
- £20 - 1 entry
- £100 - 10 entries
- £200 - 25 entries
Follow the instructions to enter your full name and un-selecting anonymous (anonymous donations will NOT be valid) contact and payment information, and complete your payment.
ii. Alternative method of entry. Email your full name, home address, email address and full name of Prize Draw (The Running Conference 2023) to annie.blanchard@givengain.com. There is a limit of one (1) entry per email address. Each eligible entry received via the Alternate Method of Entry will be equivalent to a single entry into the prize draw. Those that enter via the Alternate Method of Entry will receive a confirmation email to confirm their entry into the event.
5. Entrants should NOT add gift aid upon the payment process as this is a prize draw.
6. Prizes available in this Prize Draw can be found by visiting: https://www.givengain.com/project/running_conference_2023 in the ‘Update’ section of the site posted on the 23/11/2023.
7. The incentive will close on the evening of Monday 11th December during the Evening Celebration for All. Members will be advised during the evening at what time the Prize Draw will close. After this, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. The advertising for this Prize Draw will be done in connection with The Running Industry Alliance, Personal Best Foundation and Dame Kelly Holmes Trust. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party outside of those stated above.
9. No cash will be substituted for any prize on offer. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. There will be multiple winners for this Prize Draw and they will be selected at random and notified directly by GivenGain.
11. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the end date of this Prize Draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoter will notify the winner when and how to redeem the prize.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
15. The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
